how does addy work?
Step 1
Issuers submit real estate opportunities to the addy platform and addy’s exempt market dealer partners.
Step 2
Exempt market dealer partners review and approve investment opportunities for the addy platform, and ensure suitability of investment opportunities for Members and compliance with other regulatory requirements.
Step 3
The Issuer and exempt market dealer partner use the addy platform to divide the investment into $1 increments.
Step 4
Once a Member is approved by the exempt market dealer partner for an investment opportunity, the Member can start purchasing securities for as little as $1 per unit!
