Just as we at addy work with a wide range of property types that range in risk profile, we also partner with a wide range of General Partners. They can be classified in a few different ways, but at addy we bucket them based on various criteria:
These General Partners have 10+ years of experience, and/or have owned and operated real estate in excess of $80M+ in asset value. These partners are seasoned in the industry and have a track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate projects.
These General Partners have 7+ years of experience, and have owned and/or operated real estate in excess of $30M+ in asset value. These partners are generally seasoned in the industry and have a track record of successfully managing small to mid-sized real estate projects.
These General Partners are new, and this may be their first time running a project or have not had any come to completion yet. In many cases, they have experience in a senior-level role in real estate or similar but have recently moved into the General Partner role.
Where would one see the classification? This information does not seem to be available under Property for Sales.
You can see the classification on this page for our drop today: https://addyinvest.ca/thestirling/. It will be listed on the property page and outlined in the Offering Memorandum.
