HoneyTree Grow offers passive real estate investing for active professionals. The company was founded in 2016 by David Atwell and Mark Gonneau specializing in acquiring and operating tech-enabled real estate with a keen appetite for hotel assets.
The pair began each of their investing careers in their early twenties accumulating over 30 years of experience between them and have transacted over $100,000,000 in real estate. Today their AUM are in excess of $50,000,000, consisting of over 200 doors across 10 apartment buildings, 4 hotels, and handful of single family homes.
