Podcast Feature: Loonie Hour

The internet is a magical place with the worlds information just waiting to be consumed. Books, videos, blog posts, email newsletters, photo essays, podcasts and more is all out there waiting for you to find it.  Sometimes tracking down interesting, relevant and knowledgable sources are hard to find. You can search the internet, ask ChatGPT, chat with addy members in Discord, head to events on the topic or simply read the addy blog.

The team at addy listens to a variety of podcasts but we thought we would take a moment and highlight some of our favorite Canadian real estate focused podcasts so you could listen in.

Loonie Hour Podcast

The Loonie Hour is “a Canadian based macroeconomic podcast covering newsworthy events across the globe and how they will impact Canadians.” The Loonie Hour Podcast has 3 hosts and they do a weekly show that you can listen to via Spotify or Apple and/or watch on Youtube.

The three hosts are;

• Steve Saretsky – “Steve is a top producing Vancouver Realtor and Real Estate investor, and is widely considered a thought leader in the industry with regular appearances on BNN, CBC, and Yahoo Finance.
