The reason for cancellation is I was referred by Brandon Bravis so I can get my referral bonus if I can get that bonus I will continue if not then cancel my account

how much return will make for each investment, and will the investment have monthly contribution or money need to stake with the project for a period of time?
Each opportunity is different. When you see an opportunity on the addy platform you can read the Offering document, see the return projections and the expected timeline. Each one is different from the other.

What happens after the terms ends? Dose the property is gone from your portfolio? Or will you be still making money from that property after the terms ends?
The terms are all projections. But when an exit occurs the property will show in the exited portion of your portfolio.
