Last night, we held a fireside chat featuring Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim, addressing housing affordability, zoning changes, the missing middle program, First Nations developments, transportation, and more. Mayor Sim generously answered numerous questions from the packed audience.
The sold out event took place at the Vancouver Lawn Tennis and Badminton Club, attracting a diverse audience representing various segments of the real estate industry. The attendees included real estate developers, commercial brokers, lawyers, service providers and many addy members, all eager to hear the Mayor’s insights on the numerous issues revolving around Vancouver’s real estate scene.
