We have some very exciting news to announce today. The Issuer of the first US Property and first student housing complex on the platform – Apex On Perkins in Stillwater, Oklahoma – has declared an early dividend.

What? I can get a dividend already?   Yes, since this property is already cash flowing and it is targeting a 7.62% annualized cash distribution; the Issuer generously agreed to do more than one closing through addy. This means all shareholders on record as of October 31, 2023 at 11:59pm PT will be eligible for it. 

When do I get this dividend? If you are a shareholder by October, 31 2023 you will be eligible for a dividend payable on January 30, 2024.

Does this mean Apex on Perkins is closing on October 31? No! It remains open. There will be additional tranches and potentially more dividends coming
