Why are we talking about Cochrane? A news article was shared in the addy Discord about Cochrane, AB being named one of Canada’s cheapest places to retire. An addy member in Discord, $brandong, asked if this was the same Cochrane that was selling land really cheap. A little digging on the internet and it turns out there are two Cochrane’s and Cochrane, Ontario is in fact selling residential lots for $10. Who knew?

I’ve been to both Cochranes, but which one is the cheap place to retire? $10 lots sounds like a good start to very affordable housing.
