Big Day at the Maple View Heights Apartments
Stream Property Partners officially opened the Maple View Heights Apartments in Mission, BC with a ribbon cutting event, guided property tours and grand opening event for investors, media and city officials. The event was attended by a great group of addy members, some of the addy squad, the Stream Property team as well as some of the first tenants, the media and city officials.
Mission Mayor Paul Horn and Councillors Danny Plecas, Carol Hamilton and Jag Gill were in attendance to tour the property, give a speech and cut the ribbon – officially opening the building.
Member Investors
The addy community invested into the Maple View Heights Apartments across three tranches. The initial opportunity came before the hole was even dug, then another tranche mid project and the final tranche near the end of the development. Over 3000+ Canadians participated and supported the development of this purpose built rental building with more than $1,700,000+ in equity.
