The Lina at QE Park located at 5212 Cambie Street, Vancouver, BC has dropped! This is the first-credit opportunity on the addy platform and estimates monthly interest payments.

This is an opportunity to indirectly invest in a Senior B Tranche of a first mortgage construction loan through a limited partnership. The first mortgage construction loan is for a six-storey residential development project with daycare facility at 5212 Cambie Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This issuance will have two closing dates:
