In this week’s update, addy Co-Founder Steve Jagger shared some exciting news and upcoming events that will interest both new and seasoned investors. With the Keyspire Investor Summit happening later this week and several new investment opportunities launching soon, there’s plenty to look forward to.
Keyspire Investor Summit: September 27-29, 2024
This week, the addy team is preparing for their participation in the highly anticipated Keyspire Investor Summit in Toronto. Most of the team will be heading to the event on either Wednesday or Thursday.
At the summit, addy will have a significant presence with a large booth, offering attendees the opportunity to meet the team, ask questions, and learn more about how the platform works.
In addition, Steve Jagger will be speaking on the Main Stage on Sunday morning. He will provide insights into addy’s growth, how the platform has successfully listed over 50 properties, and what exciting developments are coming next for investors.
If you plan to attend the event, don’t forget to visit the booth, where the addy team will be available throughout the summit. There will also be some exclusive surprises launching at the event. Rockstar Event: October 5, 2024
Following the Keyspire Summit, addy will be attending another key event in Toronto—the Rockstar event on October 5th. If you missed the team at Keyspire, this is another excellent opportunity to connect with addy and learn about the latest real estate investment opportunities on the platform.
New Investment Opportunities Coming Soon
There’s more to be excited about—addy is set to launch several new investment opportunities in the coming weeks. If you visit the Properties section on the addy website, you’ll notice a few projects listed as “coming soon.” These include:

- A cash-flowing property in Hamilton, Ontario
- addy’s first hard money loan opportunity in Vancouver, secured by a second mortgage on a single-family home.
