The Keyspire Investor Summit 2024 was an incredible gathering of real estate enthusiasts, investors, and industry leaders, and we at addy are thrilled to have been a part of it! From networking at the booth to connecting with some major VIPs (Shaq was there!) and sharing our expertise on the stage, this year’s summit in Toronto was truly an unforgettable experience. Here’s a glimpse into everything that made our time at Keyspire so impactful.
addy in Action: Booth, Workshops, and More
From the moment the doors opened at the International Centre in Toronto, the addy Team was ready to roll. We set up our booth showcasing how addy makes real estate investing accessible to everyone. Throughout the event, attendees had the opportunity to learn more about addy’s platform, get a look at our live and upcoming property opportunities, and engage with our team on what makes fractional real estate investing a game-changer.
We hosted several workshops, where our co-founder Stephen Jagger led insightful sessions explaining addy’s journey from inception to over 50 properties funded, and how we continue to make real estate investment possible for the everyday Canadian. Our Marketplace Stage Presentation was also a hit, offering valuable takeaways for both seasoned investors and newcomers alike.
Exciting Moments with New Members and VIP Guests
One of the best parts of the event was welcoming new members to our growing community. We loved seeing so many attendees excited about becoming a part of the addy movement. It’s not every day you get to share your passion for real estate investing with so many new faces, and we are thrilled about the future we are building together.
Speaking of big moments, we also got to meet some amazing VIP guests, including none other than Shaquille O’Neal! Meeting Shaq was a highlight for many of us on the team. We’re always amazed by the incredible range of people interested in the world of real estate, and this summit proved to be no exception!

The summit wasn’t just about the booth and presentations—it was also about the incredible time our team had together. From setting up the booth to engaging with guests and winding down at the VIP party, the addy Team had an amazing time representing what we stand for: community, inclusivity, and making investing accessible.
