Trez Capital Private Credit Offering – Sold Out!
Another major milestone was reached with Trez Capital bringing back their private credit offering on the addy platform. The first tranche sold out in just six days, and tranche two followed suit! Google’s AI Creator – The Future of Content Creation?
Steve also highlighted Google’s Notebook LM, a new tool that allows you to drop PDFs, URLs, or documents, and in minutes, it generates a podcast-like conversation summarizing the content! Steve tested it with the Scott McGillivray Offering Memorandum, and the results were incredible. Creators and investors alike might find this tool to be an interesting way to engage with content.

Following the Keyspire event, addy participated in the Rockstar Real Estate Event last weekend, which brought together about 1,000 real estate investors. Steve was part of their VIP event, answering questions about addy and discussing the platform’s growth.
