Dale uses his broad range of international experiences to integrate new technologies and concepts into ongoing projects. Dale’s background in construction includes roads, bridges, infrastructure, single-family, multifamily, commercial, low, and medium-rise buildings.
While each of the projects Shield will be developing may be smaller in scope than many of Dale’s successfully completed projects, Dale is excited and passionate about using his experience, connections, and resources to meet Greater Victoria’s urgent housing demand, while (following this project) building a portfolio of stable investments with recurring passive income.
