As a millennial living in Vancouver Katie, like many of her peers, has been shut out of opportunities for wealth creation – particularly in real estate. She is passionate about finding alternative ways for her generation to build wealth so that she can continue to live in the city that she loves without sacrificing lifestyle.

Katie currently serves as the Head of Operations / Integrator, assuming a multifaceted leadership role that extends to marketing, communications, operations, and financial management, including P&L responsibilities. Katie is responsible for translating the vision set forth by the CEO into practical strategies and actions. Her strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills enable her to ensure seamless coordination among different departments and drive the company toward its goals and objectives. By fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment, Katie empowers teams to perform at their best and contributes significantly to addy’s success and growth. Throughout her tenure, she remains committed to upholding the company’s core values and guiding it towards long-term success.

Katie earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Victoria and completed her post-graduate education in Public Relations at the University of Toronto. She has also completed supplementary courses in Product Management from Brainstation, and Corporate Finance from Harvard Business School.
