Mike is a business builder and real estate technologist, passionate about creating companies with high societal return. As co-founder and CEO of addy, he’s making real estate investment accessible to everyone.

Real estate generates some of the world’s greatest wealth, but barriers to entry are significant — especially for Gen Z and Millenials; addy exists to eradicate those barriers. 

Raised by entrepreneurs, Mike co-founded his first company Combustion Hosting in 2000, (acquired in 2006). He later founded Ubertor Realtor Software, which won the Most Innovative Web Service Award in 2009 from Inman News (acquired in 2013). In 2012, he co-founded OutsourcingThingsDone.com in the Philippines to provide virtual assistants to real estate professionals. As the company grew to 150 employees, Mike discovered firsthand the lack of affordable and usable HR and payroll software for the Philippines. He addressed this by founding PayrollHero. He also recently launched Instant Messaging Real Estate Corp. to provide artificial intelligence services to the real estate industry.

A firm believer in community impact, Mike serves on the board of the Douglas Park Community and volunteers for Out In School. Grateful for the success he’s earned in life and business, his personal mission is to help others share in the world’s abundant opportunities.
