Our Hiring Process
Screening Call
A 30 minute call to see if there is a cultural fit and to answer questions about the role.
Topgrading Interview
A 1 to 2 hour video interview where we’ll dig deeper into your work history, learn about some of your past successes (and mistakes!), and future career goals.
Take Home Assignment
Our take-home tests are based on some of the things you will encounter in the role you applied to. The length of time allotted for a take-home test varies by role and seniority.
Meet The Full Team
We’re a small but nimble team so a fit with everyone is essential! You’ll participate in a series of 1:1 meetings with key leaders at the company.
Reference Checks
This is the final stage in our hiring process, where we’ll work with you to help us arrange times to call a few references that would speak about working with you.
